Yes. The installment plan is paid in 4 weekly payments. You can also pay once with the one-time plan.

With the one-time payment plan, you get your CAC certificate within 7–14 days. With the installment plan, you get it within 14–36 days.

Yes. If you don't have an office, you can use your residential address as your office address.

Yes. You can register your business name entirely online on BusinessDesk: fill in your details, upload your documents and pay in full or in installments, with no queues and no office visits.

- Business name (enterprise): registered with one owner's details, ID, passport photograph and signature.
- Private limited liability company: also needs the details of each director and their percentage of shares. Choose the "2 Million shares or above" option if your company will have 2 million shares or more.

If you start with a business name, you can later upgrade it with "Upgrading Enterprises to Limited Liability Company".

If your first choice isn't approved, your next choice can be used instead, so you don't have to start again.

No. You fill in your details and upload your documents on BusinessDesk, and we handle the filing. You can follow each step under Management → My Service, with no office visits.

No. Each service shows what's needed on its requirements page. You don't need everything right away: fill in what you have now and add the rest later.
