Yes. Both limited liability registrations offer an installment plan with 2 payments:
- Private Limited Liability Business Registration: 2 payments, two weeks apart
- 2 Million shares or above: 2 weekly payments
- The owner's details, address and NIN
- The owner's passport photograph, ID card (national ID or NIN slip) and signature on white paper
- The owner's percentage ownership of the business
- The business address, phone number and email
- Your choices of company name and what your company does
- Details of each director, including their percentage owned
If your company will have 2 million shares or more, choose "Private Limited Liability business registration (2 Million shares or above)". Its price is calculated from the number of shares you enter. Otherwise, choose "Private Limited Liability Business Registration".
- Business name (enterprise): registered with one owner's details, ID, passport photograph and signature.
- Private limited liability company: also needs the details of each director and their percentage of shares. Choose the "2 Million shares or above" option if your company will have 2 million shares or more.
If you start with a business name, you can later upgrade it with "Upgrading Enterprises to Limited Liability Company".
