SECOND STAGE/FINAL STAGE

The certificate is always ready after a year and the fee is ₦70,000. The price is subject to change depending on the time of request {certificate fee}

*NOTE* the total trademark fee is ₦140,000 but you should first pay for the acknowledgement & acceptance letter (-70,000) then after a year you can pay the remaining 70,000 for the certificate. The certificate is necessary and comes in hard copy

What can I use the trademark acceptance letter for?

The acceptance letter is a temporary certificate. You can use it for anything the certificate can be used for, including NAFDAC.
How does trademark registration work?

There are two stages:
1. We give you the list of the 45 trademark classes, and you choose the class that matches the nature of your business. You then receive the acknowledgement letter and the acceptance letter (a temporary certificate) within 7–14 working days.
2. The final certificate is ready after a year. It is paid for separately at that point and comes in hard copy.
How much does a service cost?

The current price is shown on each service's plan page when you choose a plan. For some services, such as limited liability registration for 2 million shares or more, the price is calculated from the details you enter.
Can I earn money with BusinessDesk?

Can I pay in installments?

No. Each service shows what's needed on its requirements page. You don't need everything right away: fill in what you have now and add the rest later.
