• Acknowledgement & acceptance letter ₦70,000 Duration is 7-14 working day's

• We will provide the owner with the documents containing all the classes available to be trademarked

• The owner will select A class related to the nature of his business out of the 45 classes available for trademark

• The owner will receive the trademark acknowledgement letter within 7-14 working day's from the time of request

• The owner will receive the trademark acceptance letter which is temporary certificate with 7-14 days from the time of request which can be used to process anything the certificate can be used for, including NAFDAC

• SECOND STAGE/FINAL STAGE

• The certificate is always ready after a year and the fee is ₦70,000. The price is subject to change depending on the time of request {certificate fee}

• *NOTE* the total trademark fee is ₦140,000 but you should first pay for the acknowledgement & acceptance letter (-70,000) then after a year you can pay the remaining 70,000 for the certificate. The certificate is necessary and comes in hard copy
