Answers to common questions about TR/TRADEMARK FILLING PROCEDURES on BusinessDesk: what it costs, what you need, how long it takes and how to pay. You can do it online, with no office visits.
There are two stages:
1. We give you the list of the 45 trademark classes, and you choose the class that matches the nature of your business. You then receive the acknowledgement letter and the acceptance letter (a temporary certificate) within 7–14 working days.
2. The final certificate is ready after a year. It is paid for separately at that point and comes in hard copy.
The current price is shown on each service's plan page when you choose a plan. For some services, such as limited liability registration for 2 million shares or more, the price is calculated from the details you enter.
Many services let you pay in installments instead of all at once. Where it's available, you'll see an installment plan next to the full payment option when you choose a plan, showing how many payments there are and how often they're due.
Sign in and go to Management → My Service. Each request shows its current status, for example:
- Ongoing Filling
- Registration Form Complete
- Pending
- Awaiting Payment Completion
- Registration In Progress
- Registration Completed
- Awaiting Certificate
- Delivered
